Why do I receive "Key is already used" message when I try to activate Mobiola Video Studio on the second PC?
According to our license - you can use only one activation key for one PC with multiple devices. If you want to register Mobiola Video Studio on your second PC you should contact us by e-mail to support@warelex.com with attachment of your order details.

Mobiola Video Studio
is a PC application and you can not install it to your device. You have to install the application to your PC according to Installation Manual.
When I try to activate the software I receive "There is no Internet connection available..." message. How can I register the software in this case?
Most probably you are behind the proxy or do not have Internet connection at all.
In these cases we are doing offline registration procedure, please do the following:
1) Go to Start->Run
2) Paste and copy there following command line:
"C:\Program Files\Mobiola Video Studio\MobiolaStudio.exe" REGISTER
We need Hardware Fingerprint number from the dialog that you will see after running this command. Please send your Hardware Fingerprint by e-mail to support@warelex.com along with your order details and we will generate you the offline registration code.
What should I do, if there is no my device in the target device list?
You can try to select the model with the closest characteristics from the same manufacturer. Please also contact us in order to add your device in the target device list.
What should I do, if converted videos can not be played on my device?
First of all we advise you to update Mobiola Video Studio from our site www.warelex.com.
If this will not help, please check if you marked "Converter On/Off" as
checked before converting and selected correct device model from this list of target devices. In case if this does not help please contact our support at support@warelex.com and we will help you to fix the problem
My device is not recognized by Mobiola Video Studio. Why?
If you have Nokia (Sony Ericsson) device make sure that Nokia (Sony Ericsson) PC Suite is installed and running on your PC.
If you have Windows Mobile device you should install the latest version of ActiveSync.
If your device is BlackBerry you need to have a memory card in order to enable for direct upload functionality.
How long can I use trial copy of Mobiola Video Studio application?
You are free to use trial copy of Mobiola Video Studio for 5 conversions. Until you used all the conversion attempts application will be in free trial mode

Mobiola Video Studio Pro has additoional inteface panel to modify video output settings manually in addition to the preset device configuration in regular version. In Pro version you can change following settings:. FPS, frame size, codecs etc.
How can I convert videos to my iPod (iPhone) using Mobiola Video Studio iPod Edition?
You should do the following steps:
- Make sure that iTunes is installed and running on your PC.
- Open "Library" using Mobiola Video Studio built-in browser.
- Convert files to this folder using drag and drop funcionality or "Open" item in the File menu.
- Then synchronize converted movies from the iTunes Library with your iPod (iPhone) using iTunes application itself.
