Web camera application interface on PC is implemented as a generic Windows application.
When it is launched, a tray icon is always displayed.
When MobiolaTM Web Camera is launched on your PC, an application icon will appear in system tray:
"Not ready" mode

"Ready" mode

"Connected" mode
Main window shows up if you launch the program from Start menu (tab “Video” will be launched), or left-click on the tray icon, or right-click on it and select Open (tab “Video” will be launched) or Settings (tab “Settings” will be launched).
“Video” tab:

If there is no video content transmitted, the drop-down list “Encoding” and quality controls are disabled.
On a black background “Ready” inscription is displayed.
When connection between PC and the phone is established, video stream that was aquired by phone cmaera will appear in a tab “Video” in MobiolaTM Web Camera application on your PC. Selection of encoding between Static and Motion types is available in drop-down list “Encoding”. You can specify compression rate for both codecs ( Compression control ).
In Static state you can also specify Quality, Contrast and Brightness.

Using Status bar:
FPS field– frames-per-second rate will be displayed when video content from camera is transmitted;
Stream field – displays transfer rate (kilobyte-per-second) when video stream from the camera is in progress;
Status field – connection status is displayed:
‘Not Ready ' mode – if a wrong COM-port has been selected (please, see Bluetooth COM Port Selection paragraph for guidance)
‘Ready' mode – if connection with a phone has not been established
‘Connected' mode – if a connection with a phone is established
Error cell – error counter.
Noe: when Static codec is on, your phone will transmit to the PC the whole frame, while Motion codec transmits changing parts of the picture. Therefore in Static mode FPS index is practically constant, while in Motion mode it varies according to the changing rate of captured image.
“Settings” tab:

Specify COM port in COM port selection field.
If Bluetooth Serial Port is enabled, it links with a COM port.
Then you will have the word "Bluetooth" next to this COM port number in a drop-down list.
Otherwise, see this page.
When program is closed - COM-port will be released.
Tray icon has two colors for connected and ready states:

“Ready” state

“Connected” state
Right mouse click on the icon launches following menu:

Open -- brings up the application with “Video” tab on a front of the application window.
Settings -- shows “Settings” tab of an application window
Exit closes the application.
Right-click is an equivalent of the “Open” item of right-click menu.
