Double click on Bluetooth tray icon (“My Bluetooth Places”)
Select “View My Bluetooth Services” from “Bluetooth Tasks” (or double click on "My Device" if your operating system is Windows 2000).
Bluetoth Tasks window will show up. Please find the Bluetooth Serial Port icon in it.
If Bluetooth Serial Port is disabled you should see following icon,
Right click on it and select enable in order to enable serial port connectivity:
If there is no "Bluetooth Serial Port" icon in this folder, see Using "Bluetooth Setup Wizard".
